Understanding how an existing computer science curriculum aligns with theoretical learning trajectories (LTs) can help evaluate the proposed learning goals in a practical environment and can help identify student misconceptions.
With the help of 2 other researchers, I examined how the Rich et al. learning trajectories (LTs) for sequencing, repetition, and conditionals mapped to an after-school coding club curriculum and the student’s learning outcomes.
