I assisted the initiative as a project manager and business case creator in an effort to advocate for internal company funding and attention. I facilitated meetings with various company leaders, enabled introductions with other teams working in the same space, and documented our progress. I collaborated with the rest of the team to create an offering development brief, decks for internal presentations, a collection of detailed use cases, an interactive technical demo submission, and a funding proposal.
Contactless interfaces are technological solutions that tap into the principles of universal design and have the potential to create positive user experiences for all customer segments. We garnered the attention of internal client account representatives in the banking and financial sector, on airport/transportation projects, and in mobile pharmacy applications.
